About this JOB

Purpose

To drive international business growth by developing strategic partnerships with global airlines, travel agencies, and distribution platforms. This role focuses on expanding the company's presence in overseas markets, achieving sales targets, and building sustainable client relationships.

Responsibilities

1.Identify, develop, and manage overseas business opportunities in line with company strategy.

2.Build and maintain strong partnerships with airlines, GDSs, OTAs, and travel agencies.

3.Lead contract negotiations and manage end-to-end business development processes.

4.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategies.

5.Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, finance, and technology) to deliver customized solutions.

6.Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and proposals to senior management.

7.Represent the company at international exhibitions, conferences, and business events.

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or related fields.

2.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international business development, preferably in the travel or airline industry.

3.Strong network and understanding of global air ticket distribution (GDS/NDC/Direct Connect).

4.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5.Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

6.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with cross-cultural sensitivity.

7.Willing to travel overseas frequently.
